What is the difference between a wholesaler and a distributor?+
A wholesaler buys stock and sells it on to pharmacies, clinics and hospitals. A distributor, or agent, represents a manufacturer's brand in the market and is often also its local agent for registration. In Ethiopia the same company frequently does both, and imports as well.
