Pricing FAQ

Do both plans cover medicines and medical devices?+

Yes. Each plan includes every medicine and every medical device (diagnostics included) imported into Ethiopia. The plans differ by what you do with the data: buying (Importer) or selling (Supplier).

Why do importers and suppliers pay in different currencies?+

Importers are Ethiopian companies, so they pay in Birr. Suppliers are usually foreign manufacturers and exporters, so they pay in US dollars.

How does the yearly discount work?+

Pay for a year up front and you pay 20% less: 48,000 Birr instead of 60,000 Birr for importers, and $480 instead of $600 for suppliers.

Can I cancel?+

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year.

Can I see it before I pay?+

Yes: book a free demo and we'll walk you through your own products, suppliers and competitors on a call. There is no free trial, because the data is the product. Create your account, pay by bank transfer or Telebirr from your Billing page, and we unlock it as soon as we confirm the payment.
